We start with people, not the platform.
We come from 50 years of HR practice and use AI in-house as assistance. Your people gain time for what matters, for critical thinking and real relationships, because the routine runs on AI. We work on your real tasks instead of slides, for beginners and advanced users alike.
Tool-independent · free AI tools are enough · includes documented proof of competence under Article 4 EU AI Act.
In person in Vienna, 4th district · in-house across Austria and the German-speaking region · online and hybrid on request.
Most AI trainings end with a good intention and a set of slides. A few weeks later both have disappeared into a folder, and the working day runs as before.
This is not a technology problem. This is a behaviour problem.
We combine AI expertise with consumer psychology: we understand the technology and why people reject it. People do not change habits because they know something is better. They change them when the barriers are small enough and the motivation is strong enough, and in that order.
This idea is built into every Hill Digital training: what holds your team back? What has to move out of the way first, before a tool is actually used?
Uncertainty, perceived effort, resistance, lack of readiness. We clarify what stands in the way before we explain a tool. Motivation is hard to build while the underlying barrier is still in place.
Only once obstacles are out of the way does motivation take hold for good. We use proven insights from behavioural economics to make AI adoption actually stick.
We work on your concrete routines. What you do by hand today runs in a system tomorrow. No demo, no slides, no generic examples.
Professionals have systems, amateurs settle for the tool. Most of your people already use AI, just hesitantly and rarely well. We turn that into a reliable approach that works on any model and holds up after the seminar too. The same method, three cuts: the HR variant for people work, the general training for any team and the tool training for organisations that work with Microsoft 365. Each day consists of a morning (foundations) and an afternoon (application).
HR routine? The AI takes it on. Decisions stay human.
Recruiting, onboarding and assessments run faster, without personnel data leaving the building. Your HR team builds its own helpers and knows where the decision stays with a person.
What your HR team takes away
Professionals have a method. A tool alone is not enough.
Your people already use AI, just without confidence and without a fixed approach. The day turns that into a method that works on any model and still holds after the seminar.
What your team takes away
The tool you already have.
The licences are paid for. Copilot is barely used. The day shows what it is good for inside your own Microsoft 365 environment, and how to tell a weak result from a usable one.
What your team takes away
And after that? Those who want to go further build their own AI agents (agent training) or move up to the professional/IT level with Claude Code & co. Both on request, in a short scoping call.
Discuss on request →Twelve questions on AI at work, each with the answer and an explanation. You see straight away where you stand and which of the three trainings fits your team.
Open dates to book as an individual, or as in-house training for your team only. It does not matter who you book with: every date delivers the same training.
Location: All open dates take place in person in Vienna, in the 4th district. We send the exact address with your booking confirmation. Online or hybrid we deliver on request, and for in-house groups as a standard format.
Leave your address and we will get in touch as soon as a seat opens up or the next date is set. No commitment, no sign-up.
From 4 participants the per-person list price no longer applies. For groups and whole departments we build a separate quote: training, group size, duration, date and location are calculated together, matched to your sector and your own cases.
We recommend the full day (morning + afternoon), for up to 12 participants; on request we split the training across two days. The prices listed with the individual trainings are single-seat prices for open dates. If you book for a whole team, they do not apply.
Hill Digital · AI trainer & consumer psychologist
Master of Education, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, focused on linguistics, semantics and consumer psychology. A listed AI trainer with ARS Akademie, one of the largest seminar providers in Austria.
In the training that means: I can see who in a group is switching off and why, and I bring that person back before they write the day off. That decides more about the outcome than the question of which tool is running on screen.
'I do not train anything I do not use myself every day.'

At the end, every participant receives a Hill Digital certificate stating the content, the duration and the date of the training.
With it you can easily document which AI training measures have taken place in your company – without having to create additional lists, confirmations or records of your own.
Already mandatory. Since February 2025. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act has required every company that uses AI to take measures that support the development of AI literacy among its staff. The article was redrafted in July 2026: the duty is to take the measures, and nobody has to guarantee a particular level of competence. On 2 August 2026, Article 50, the transparency obligation, also took effect: anyone who uses AI in contact with people, or who generates content with it, has to disclose it. Our trainings are designed for both: documented, and tailored to role and context of use.
'Providers and deployers of AI systems shall take measures to support the development of AI literacy of their staff …' — Article 4, AI Act (EU) 2024/1689 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744
The open dates run in person in Vienna, in the 4th district. We send the exact address with your booking confirmation. For in-house training we come to your offices, anywhere in Austria and the German-speaking region. We also deliver online and hybrid, for example for distributed teams or single sites joining remotely. In person is our standard, because a trainer in the room sees the level of prior knowledge and shapes the day around it.
Half-day from 450 €, full day from 749 € per person (HR day from 849 €). The Boutique variant with a maximum of 6 people is more intensive (899 €, or 999 € in HR). All prices include documented proof of competence under Article 4 EU AI Act. In-house training for whole teams we clarify in a scoping call.
Both. On the same date, the morning (foundations) and the afternoon (your own AI helpers) can also be booked separately. The full day combines both and is cheaper than two separate half-days. The office day and HR work the same way.
No. The trainings are designed for participants with and without prior AI knowledge. Everyone joins at their own level, in any department, with or without an HR background.
No. The free versions of the common AI tools are enough for all the content. Only the advanced agent training (building your own AI agents) requires a subscription.
Data protection under GDPR and the requirements of the EU AI Act are a fixed part of it, in the HR training especially for candidate and personnel data. You work on your own accounts, your data stays with you. And what you learn transfers to any AI model: we train the approach, not a single tool.
Let us assess your situation briefly. Drop your email and we will get back to you with a recommendation, no strings attached.
Book an open date as an individual, or request in-house training for your team. We will get back to you with everything else.
The tools change. What you understand stays.
