For every team, with or without prior knowledge.
Most employees already use AI, but rarely in the right way. In one practical day, your people understand how AI really works, how to produce reliable results, how to handle data in a compliant way and how to build their own AI assistants. Hands-on and ready to apply straight away.

Already mandatory. Since February 2025. Since 2 February 2025, the EU AI Act (Article 4) has required every company that uses AI to take measures that support the development of AI literacy among its staff. On 2 August 2026, Article 50 came on top of that: anyone who uses AI in contact with people, or who generates content with it, has to disclose it. This training is the documented, auditable measure for both.
Most employees already use artificial intelligence. Only rarely in the right way. They treat a high-performance thinking tool like a better search engine, enter sensitive data into uncontrolled tools and trust results that sound convincing but can be wrong.
The result is three quiet costs: lost productivity, unchecked data protection risks and a growing uncertainty about what is and is not allowed when working with AI.
This AI training for companies closes exactly that gap. In one day, hands-on, ready to apply straight away, with or without prior knowledge.
Anyone who uses AI like Google taps only a fraction of it. We show how the search engine becomes a thinking engine.
Sensitive data ends up in tools unfiltered. We build in the routine that prevents this before you hit send.
GDPR and the EU AI Act feel abstract. We translate them into simple rules for everyday work.
The training comes with accompanying learning material that presents the foundations of artificial intelligence in short, easy-to-follow learning units. Your employees grasp the essentials quickly and can return to them at any time, even after the seminar.
Guiding question: how does an AI really work, and how can I use it safely and sensibly in everyday office life?
Guiding question: how do I use AI helpers so that they save time and make work easier, without creating new risks?
You understand how AI works and see through its typical mistakes.
You write prompts with the CITE(R) framework that deliver reliable, usable results.
You handle emails, summaries, templates and analyses faster and at consistent quality.
You work in line with data protection and know your responsibilities under GDPR and the EU AI Act.
You build your own AI assistants for the recurring tasks of your working day.
You recognise manipulation and forgery and know how to protect yourself.
Hill Digital · AI trainer & consumer psychologist
Master of Education, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Deep background in linguistics, semantics and consumer psychology. AI trainer at ARS, one of the largest seminar providers in Austria, with a solid grounding in sales and consumer psychology.
I combine AI expertise with consumer psychology: I understand the technology and why people reject it. When it comes to working with AI, what matters is an understanding of language and human behaviour, not the choice of tool.
'I do not train anything I do not use myself every day.'

Every participant receives a Hill Digital certificate stating content, duration and date. With it you document a concrete measure for the AI literacy of your workforce. Article 4 of the AI Regulation requires every company using AI to take such measures; since July 2026 the measures are what is owed, nobody has to guarantee a particular level of competence.
All prices include documented proof of competence under Article 4 EU AI Act. For whole teams there is the in-house course, which we clarify in a scoping call.
No. The training is designed for participants with and without prior AI knowledge. Everyone starts at their own level.
No. The free versions of the common AI tools are enough for the content of the training. A paid subscription is not required.
The methods are tool-independent and work with common assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. We also cover NotebookLM as well as an overview of further tools for text, presentation, image, voice and video, each with a business case and a risk assessment.
Data protection under GDPR and the requirements of the EU AI Act are a fixed part of the training. Participants learn to protect sensitive data and to use AI in a compliant way. And what you learn applies to any AI model.
Yes. The training can be run as an in-house course for teams and departments, as well as an open training or in the Boutique format. We clarify the exact setup in a scoping call.
A day that turns your team from AI users into confident AI practitioners. Book an individual seat directly, dates and prices are below. For a whole team, we clarify the right setup in a short in-house call.
